Question: What options are available?

Answer: You can choose to have one red traffic light over each lane, or a red and green traffic light, or a red, yellow, and green traffic light. The most common vehicle detection sensors we provide are an air hose or infrared sensor. Our system is completely wireless, however, for a system installed at a permanent location it may be beneficial to run power cables to the traffic lights as opposed to using a rechargeable battery in each light.

Question: Can a system be tailored to meet my individual needs?

Answer: Absolutely. We will work with you to customize your system.

Question: Can I use a demo system before I make the decision to purchase?

Answer: We offer an option to rent our light system on a weekly basis.

Question: When will I receive my system after purchase?

Answer: It generally takes between 1 and 2 months for us to complete a system. The amount of time varies based on the number and degree of customizations each customer has. Most of our customers customize the . system to meet their specific needs which is one of the reasons why mass production is not an option.

Question: When do I pay for the system?

Answer: We typically require a small percentage of the total cost to be paid upfront along with a signed sales order with a P.O. number.

Question: Can I upgrade my system at a later date?

Answer: Your system can be upgraded or added to at any point.

Question: Is this system portable?

Answer: We specifically designed our wireless system to be portable to support the needs of our customers many of which need to use a parking light to run their collision avoidance exercise. Our system can be purchased . with a Pelican Case that easily fits into the trunk of a car. Each component of our wireless system is powered by an internal rechargeable battery pack so a generator is not required.

Question: Is this system weather proof?

Answer: The wireless traffic lights and wireless vehicle detection box are completely weather proof. The remote control box is weather resistant.

Answer: We offer a weekly rental program that allows you to keep our system at 1 week intervals. Question: Do you give free estimates?

Answer: We always give free estimates for the cost of your system. To give you the most accurate estimate we need as much information as you can give. This includes the number of enclosures you want, the function of . each component, how they interact with each other, the inputs and outputs of the enclosures, how they are controlled by you (push buttons, dials, switches, keypads, etc.), how you want information displayed (LCD, LED, etc.). . . The size and style of the enclosure(s) and as much technical information about your custom controller you can give.
